We do not provide support to families. Only to the service.
We advise families to raise any issues with the service first. If they cannot solve the issue, we ask the service to then contact us via phone, chat or helpdesk ticket.
The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.
To get their login details, the service should send parents an app invite, which you can do in the portal.
We advise that you get families to fill out a new enrolment form to get all of their up-to-date information into OWNA.
Alternatively, we can do a data transfer from all of the major childcare software providers. Whilst this is a quicker way of doing it, we cannot ensure that all of the data will come across (which is why we recommend enrolment forms).
Enrolment form changes are quoted. Please contact your onboarding manager, who can assist in getting your quote together.
Our business solutions will then work on your changes, and give you an estimated turnaround time based off of the items required.
