How long are your contracts?
We have 2 types of subscriptions: rolling month-to-month, or prepaid annual subscription.
We don’t lock you into a contract – just give us 30 days notice and we’ll cancel your subscription (NOTE: Annual subscription cannot be refunded part-way through the year).
The way we see it, we shouldn’t need to lock you into lengthy contracts. If we keep our end of the bargain by providing a quality product and first-class customer support, we can keep working together.
If you would prefer to work with contracts for your committees, you can discuss that with our sales team.

How long does onboarding take?
The time it takes to onboard varies with each service, but typically, we see most services ‘Go Live’ to their families within 30 days. That’s why we give you your first 30 days FREE, to help you get set up.
Whilst the onboarding team will assist you along the way, with regular meetings and assistance with some tasks, the responsibility lies with you. As a result, we have seen some services take as little as 5 days to onboard, and others beyond 30 days.
If you have a go-live date in mind, you can communicate that with your onboarding manager and work together to fully prepare you for that day.

What are your payment fees?
For payments, the costs are:
- 75c per direct debit transaction
- 1.75% per credit card transaction
The fees can be absorbed by you – the provider – or you can pass these onto families.

Are there any setup costs?
We do not charge customers for onboarding – and we actually give you your first 30 days for FREE to help with your transition.

Are there any extra costs with OWNA?
There are no ongoing costs with your subscription, but you can add some optional extras to your plan:
- Enquiry, Waitlist & Enrolment Forms: $399 (one-time fee)
- OWNA Accounts Administration: Our admin team can manage your family accounts & CCS from just $99/wk
- OWNA HR & Payroll: Add payroll for $8 per employee/mth
